Informal Discussion on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

On January 11, 2016, Wolf Theiss Romania and the U.S. Embassy will host an informal discussion on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act with FBI Special Agent Devon Mahoney. The role of this meeting is to raise awareness on FCPA and the way it works from an official perspective.

Special Agent Mahoney joined the FBI twenty years ago and is specialized in public corruption cases. He is based in Columbia, South Carolina.

The discussion will take place in English, at Wolf Theiss Bucharest Office on 58-60 Gheorghe Polizu Street (IBM building), from 18.00.
