The Centre for Advanced Research in Management and Applied Ethics offers five types of services: (1) consulting for setting up Ethics & Compliance Management Systems in companies, hospitals, universities and public institutions [check further details]; (2) specialized training and long-term educational programs for employees and various professionals [see portfolio]; (3) Ethics Audit, Social Audit and non-financial reporting as well as 3rd Party Assurance [learn more about expertise]; (4) surveys, reports and other policy making documents that can serve as basis for specific advocacy campaigns related to our areas of expertise; and (5) roundtables and other types of stakeholder engagement mechanisms on topics related to our core areas of expertise.

Our experts have extensive experience in providing strategic and operational guidance to both private and public sector. Their work covers from national anti-corruption strategies and action plans to organisational integrity (ethics & compliance) management systems, from national social responsibility strategies to corporate social responsibility programs, from the use of ICT in education to business assistance in local communities and regional development.

In 2013, two of our experts were part of a team of three that designed, prepared and delivered the first Romanian training for Social Responsibility managers (*over 150 trainees completed the program). Previously, they delivered over 20,000 hours of training on Social Responsibility and over 10,000 hours on Integrity (Ethics & Compliance) Management. Their collaborations span from UNDP Romania to JCI Romania, from Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs or Ministry of Information Society to Transparency International Romania.

We are specialized in Non-Financial Audit and Reporting and we provide services throughout the Central and Eastern Europe, including the Balkans, Caucasus and Russia. Our AR services are based on international and industry frameworks and standards, from ICS, SMETA and SA8000 to UNGC, ISO 26000 and GRI. At the same time, we are the only organisation providing Ethics (& Compliance) Audit for companies, NGOs and public institutions. In this case, we use a vast range of indicators and tools to assess organizational ethical climate and the ethics (& compliance) management system. We also provide product full-cycle assessments for a higher degree of integrity throughout the supply-production-distribution/selling-reclaim/reuse/recycle chains.
