Liviu is currently working for the Romanian Ministry of Labour, but he is also a CARMAE active research fellow. He is particularly interested in integrity management in public administration and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from University of Bucharest and a M.A. in Governance & EU Public Policy from University of Strathclyde.
